ما هي انواع المسحوبات
عندك حاجة اسمها المسحوبات Drawings
يعني المالك يسحب فلوس او بضاعة من الشركة
Company's Owner draw money or merchandise
و عليه المسحوبات التي يقوم المالك بسحبها 3 انواع
Therefore the Owners' drawings three kinds
النوع الاول : نقدية ⬅️ the first one is : cash drawings

النوع الثاني مسحوبات بسعر التكلفة ⬅️ the second one : is drawings with cost price
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
النوع الثالث : مسحوبات بسعر البيع ⬅️ the third one : is drawings with selling price

النوع الاول مسحوبات نقدية : يعني سحب فلوس من خزنة الشركة فهتقول في الدفاترمن ح / المسحوبات

When he draw money from the company's safe the journal entry of this transaction is gonna be

Cr \ Cash

النوع الثاني مسحوبات بسعر التكلفة : يعني كأن الشركة باعت له بضاعة لكن بتكلفتها الحقيقة فلو الشركة جرد دوري هيكون القيد كالتالي

الى ح / المشتريات
Which means that the company sold to it's owner but with the cost price of the merchandise so if the company following the perpetual inventory system the journal entry of this transaction is gonna be
Dr \ drawings
Cr \ purchases
طيب لو جرد مستمر القيد هيكون
من ح / المسحوبات
الى ح / المخزون
On the other hand if the company following the continuous inventory system the journal entry of this transaction is gonna be
Dr \ drawings
Cr \ inventory

النوع الثالث : مسحوبات بسعر البيعيعني الشركة باعت للمالك بسعر البيع اللي بتبيع بيه للعملاء بتوعها و عليه فلو الشركة جرد دوري
This time the company has dealt with it's owner as a customer and sold a merchandise to him with the selling price
و بالتالي القيد هيكون لو جرد دوري هيكون

So if the company following the perpetual inventory system the journal entry of this transaction is gonna be

لو جرد مستمر خلي بالك انه هيكون عندك قيدين لانك كشركة هنا انت بايع فهتكون القيود كالتالي

الى ح / المييعات
و هتخفض المخزون بتكلفة البضاعة المباعة
من ح/ تكلفة البضاعة المباعة
الى ح / المخزون
If the company following the continuous inventory system the the transaction this time is gonna have two journal entries
first one about selling transaction

Cr \ sales
the second one decreasing the inventory with it's cost
Dr \ cost of good sold
Cr \ inventory
